You might have heard of the name Daniel Noriega in the seventh season of the hit show American Idol. He is unforgettable for being flamboyantly gay and fearlessly straightforward to Simon Cowell. He worked his way up to the Top 24 but was booted off the competition soon after. Apparently, Danny, as everybody believed, was a star that died before it could even shine.

But we were wrong. Just after he was eliminated, he targeted YouTube and constantly uploaded song covers earning him more and more followers as the weeks passed by. Of course, that was what we had expected of him basically because he is a singer. He got probably bored and started impersonating different personalities such as a nerd, a southern woman, and a latina. This made him more popular and motivated him to do more acting videos. One of his characters, a Mexican woman who grew up in east LA and who have got swag like a real gangster, got the YouTube community by storm. Angel Baby, as Danny had named it, became an in-demand celebrity.

Angel Baby’s first appearance was hilarious not just because of her punch lines that will send you to tears but also due to her heavy Spanish accent and missing teeth; you can hardly understand some of what she is saying. But she got hotter and hotter an episode after another which seriously made most of the guys, who did not know Danny previously, confused whether he is a real female. Danny’s Angel Baby videos, although entertaining, contains a lot of cursing, but it is what definitely makes his videos stir interest among the users.

To this day, Danny still continues his singing as is reflected by his frequent musical video uploads while Angel Baby is still a YouTube darling. Danny Noriega might just be the next multimedia star. His singing and acting talents have wowed people from across the globe. One of these days who knows, you might be surprised to see Angel Baby gracing the big screen being Shia’s leading lady in Transformers 4.
